resize picture faster

first step. . .
choose picture that be resize,open it with windows picture and fax viewer. or double click the picture.
then press right click, then choose edit.
look picture bellows..

then choose image - stretch/skew - fill horizontal and vertical with 50 to resize half part of picture.then press OK.

now, your picture is resized. save your project, then see the result.
